One size fits most is exactly what it says. Instead of splitting a product into individual sizes, a single size is designed to work across a range of feet. It's common with slippers, socks and loungewear, where comfort matters more than a precise fit.
The key word is most. One size is designed to cover a range, but no single size can promise a perfect fit on every foot. That's why we're upfront about the range, and clear about returns if it doesn't work out for you.

Both Drop 01 colourways, Hyper Turquoise and OG Neon, come in the same single size: one size fits most, UK 3–11. There's no size to choose and nothing to second-guess.

Slipper sizing and the oversized silhouette
CloudKicks aren't meant to look neat and narrow. The CloudKicks Air 110 has an oversized, rounded silhouette on purpose, and the OG Neon product copy spells it out: Bold tone. Oversized fit. Everyday comfort.
That matters for slipper sizing. A sleek, close-cut trainer depends on a snug fit to look right. An oversized plush slipper is designed to look big, so the silhouette isn't relying on a sculpted fit to carry the look. The chunky shape is the style.
It's also a slipper, not a performance shoe. CloudKicks are designed primarily for indoor comfort: lounging, working from home, gaming and nights in. Around the house, the goal is plush, cushioned comfort rather than an athletic, locked-down fit.

Buying CloudKicks as a gift
One size is a gift buyer's best friend. You don't need to sneak a look inside someone's shoes or drop suspicious questions about their feet. If they're anywhere from a UK 3 to a UK 11, they're within the range CloudKicks are made for.
A few tips if you're buying for someone else:

- Order with time to spare. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri), and UK Standard delivery (£3.99) is estimated at 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, so check our shipping policy and don't leave it to the last minute.
- Sending it abroad? International Standard delivery is £12.99, estimated at 5–12 working days, and international customers pay any customs duties or taxes.
- Mind the returns window. The 14 days to get in touch start from delivery, not from the day the present is opened, so bear that in mind if you're buying well ahead.
- Keep everything. Tags and original packaging need to stay intact in case a return is needed.
What if they don't fit?
Because there's only one size, there isn't a bigger or smaller pair to swap to. If the fit isn't right for you, the answer is a return. There are no direct exchanges, so if it's the colourway you've changed your mind on, return the unworn pair and reorder the other one.
- Get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Email support@cloudkicks.store to start your return.
- Send it back within a further 14 days. The pair must be unworn and unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags intact.
- Change-of-mind returns have a £3.99 return label fee deducted from the refund.
- Get your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.
Two more things to remember. CloudKicks are designed primarily for indoor comfort, and items showing signs of outdoor wear aren't eligible for return unless faulty. If a pair arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and return shipping is covered. Full details are in our returns policy.
