CloudKicks come in one size that fits most feet from UK 3 to UK 11. There is nothing to choose: add your colourway to your cart and you are done. Our size guide has UK, EU and US conversions if you need them.

Only the colour pop. Both share the same oversized silhouette, plush cloud cushioning, layered grey panels, white rope laces and £29.99 price. Hyper Turquoise has mint-turquoise lace loops; OG Neon has neon volt loops.

CloudKicks are designed primarily for indoor comfort. Pairs that show signs of outdoor wear are not eligible for return unless faulty, so we recommend keeping them for home, lounging and the moments in between.

Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them air dry naturally away from radiators and direct heat. Always follow any care instructions supplied with your pair.

UK Standard Shipping is £3.99 and International Standard Shipping is £12.99. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). UK delivery is estimated at 2–4 working days after dispatch, and international delivery at 5–12 working days depending on destination and customs.

Yes. International Standard Shipping is £12.99. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.

Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. All prices are in GBP and include VAT. CloudKicks never stores full card details.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email support@cloudkicks.store and we will investigate with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Contact support@cloudkicks.store within 14 days of delivery, then you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

For change-of-mind returns, a fixed £3.99 tracked return label fee is deducted from your refund. If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your unworn pair within the returns window and place a new order for the colourway you want.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess it and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.

CloudKicks release in limited drops on a while-stocks-last basis, and we are not obligated to restock any specific colourway. If you see the one you want, do not sleep on it.
